Refund policy

Due to Covid-19 all sales are final and no returns are accepted.

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item. You will be required to provide a picture for proof and the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at meenasbeautyproducts@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a gift card or the exchanged product of choice. Items sent back to us without requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

No Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on ice packs or on gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the item you have, by starting an exchange request. Once the exchange request is accepted, the new item will be sent out accordingly.

 

No Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your exchange request, and let you know if the request was approved or not. If approved, you will be given the choice between exchanging the item or receiving store credit for equal value.
