Shipping policy

Meena's Beauty strives to meet customer demands as quickly as possible. Our products are made fresh upon each purchased order. We strive to provide natural products, 100% free of chemicals and synthetics. We do not incorporate beeswax into our body butters which makes our product sensitive to temperature changes.

With shipping in any weather, products can soften or liquefy while in transit from delivery trucks, to mailboxes, and to your doorstep. We are unable to control the conditions while in transit or delivery, due to natural products can melt as a reaction to heat.

We freeze all butters prior to shipping to help keep our products solid as long as possible during transit. Ice packs can be added to your purchase for an additional cost to help keep our body butter solid under warmer temperatures during delivery.
